Selling a home isn't a matter of listing it and waiting to see what happens. It's a matter of who sees it, how it's presented, and whether the right buyer is ever given the chance to fall for it. Most listings reach a narrow, local pool of people scrolling the same MLS feed. That isn't a strategy. It's a hope.

What I bring to a listing is different: a personal network built over years of representing luxury and ultra-luxury properties, an affiliation with the most recognized name in luxury real estate in the world, and a media reach most agents simply don't have access to. I don't take on a listing to see what happens.
